Personal Practice Design
For over 10 years Emily has helped people deepen and strengthen their personal home practice. Her training comes from the Svastha Yoga tradition with A.G. and Indra Mohan, with whom she's had more than 600 hours of study. We will spend our session together discussing the yogic needs of your body, mind, spirit, and heart. Emily will then write a personal practice for you to do daily. This may include asanas, pranayama, mantras, and/or meditation. Depending upon your goals, sometimes it is recommended to have multiple sessions.
