As most of you know we recently returned from our first Tiger Lily Yoga South India retreat. It was spectacular and made even more so because of the wonderful food we ate.
I've had a lot of requests for recipes we can make here at home for the staples, dosa and chutney.
Dosa is a lentil rice pancake (yep, it's gluten free!) that's good with everything for every meal forever and ever amen.
Chutney is a dipping sauce and and pretty much any ingredients can be combined to make it. Common chutneys are peanut, coconut, tomato. We had some wild and different chutneys on our retreat as well, though I can't seem to recall what they were. Lentil and gourd chutneys perhaps?
Point being, give this scrumptious sattvic Ayurvedic meal a try. I promise you're tastebuds and your tummy will be in heaven!
